My mom saw Dr Chan for treatments and I have to say he is one of the best doctors we have ever encountered. Every time we were at his office, we never felt rushed out or that he had another patient to tend to. He patiently answers all of our questions, and we had a lot of them, whether it was via email or phone calls. He answered the questions thoroughly and we appreciate it very much. Him and his staff worked tirelessly to find a drug my mom needed that at the time. We were amazed that he got the drug, because there was a world wide shortage. My mom is doing well and is happy with the way Dr Chan treated her and the care he provided.
