Champion Xpress Shipping

This company is the WORST EVER, DO NOT USE THEM - we shipped 2 barrels and a fridge and after 5 mths we receive the 2 barrells and still have not receive the FRIDGE - since Aug 2014. WHAT can we do to get answers??

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid them quite alot of money for air freight and i had time sensitive packages that didnt arrive on the day that it was suppose to, every time i called here or my contact in guyana contacted them, they had an excuse and were UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!! to the point where the woman hung up the phone on me and made it seem as if it was my fault that shipment was never sent. I am still waiting for my mom to collect the box. Worst ever!!! will never use again, also while i was there, quite a few people walked into the office complaining, i should have left then... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

watch out for the scales, the weights seems off.. you go in there and the woman there is having personal conv on the phone while processing your shipments! if they dont contact the person you are sending the shipment to on their first call, they hold your package and dont attempt delivery..
