The employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I brought in an old bike that needed a new pedal pin which I was told would be difficult to find. Instead of sending me somewhere else the mechanic chiseled away at a newer piece until it fit my bike. There is no attitude present at this bike shop and the cost is surprisingly low. I feel fortunate to have it close to me. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and return to this shop for any of my bike needs.

visited 3 times the store. they tell you a price and over check the bike pushing you to do what they want. i asked for certain services and they told me a price for that, when i came to pay they added a magic plus.
in general service to costumers is extremely poor and bad. you are nothing for them just cash machine.
manager in the cashier is truly nasty young blondi guy.
good luck to them, very bad, very bad.
thanks a lot

At first I was weary to give a bike store any money and would have rather just googled how to repair my own bike. But I needed a part and couldnt wait for shipping, so I went to this shop. Not only did I walk out with the part I needed plus extra free parts, but I also walked out with tons of great bike info and all the local bike news and local rides.
Would highly recommend this store for anybody who wants their moneys worth, there are cheaper shops in Brooklyn but you get what you pay for. Trust me, I've had to bring in bikes that where messed up by so-called professional shops, and they fixed all of the mistakes.
