CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa

The CGI ist the best all around spa and gym I know. My wife and I have been members for 15 years and we attend yoga classes regularly. The swimming pool ist fantastic as are the dry and steam saunas. Our personal favorite is Daehan, a very pleasant and competent master at the CGI. Facilities are always clean. Thank God for this club!

Coming in this place is like going right into heaven after you've been stressed out with the matters of the world. Not only is your body going to feel great but your mind will be at ease and your heart will be touched. Staffed with the most loving and sincere of people, you will feel right at home. This is the first time I have ever made a commitment to a fitness center of any kind, and I love my decision.

I am an employee here and can honestly say i have never worked at such an amazing place before. Its such a pleasure working in a place that is uplifting and motivating to your soul, everyone i come across is genuine and kind. The staff and the members are like on big family and they welcome everyone with open arms. If your looking for a place to not only get healthy but to be uplifted and motivated then this is the place to go. Its not just a gym its a community ... a second home.

I was given a CGI membership as a birthday present years ago and have been enjoying using the facility on a daily basis ever since. The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable. Lockers, gym, pool are all in top shape. The staff is friendly and respectful. I am especially thankful to Sean (Personal Trainer), Kristen, who was very helpful to me on a project, and Stella at the reception area, whose beautiful smile and warm disposition always make it an added pleasure to visit this great place.

CGI is very "futuristic" being a trailblazer of Hollistic health organizations. This practice is vital to the future of humanity, really. In 6 months I have realized more about myself than I thought possible, all of my relationships improved- girlfriend, family, friends, and business, and I have walked in to my dream/ purpose. I experience genuine love and care here. There is a cafe/ deli that offers healthy food, and free tea/ coffee. Staff is genuinely sincere in all actions whether it be interacting with you or in their own work, they are truly dedicated to helping humanity. Very understanding and willing to help. I feel anyone/ everyone is welcome there, and you will leave a better person, always.
