The worst!!. They are horrible movers and people. All my boxes are kicked and almost everything is broken. Even the furniture is broken. I tried to take away the stars and it wouldn't let me so that how they are getting good reviews. The drivers quit on the job and are drug addicts. This company needs to be put out of business. They told me to take photos of the broken items. It's everything. I spend over $13,000. On this move from Connecticut to California and it makes me sick. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

After being over thirty days late my things arrived. I am missing 2 boxes a arm chair and a sofa I don't know how you can lose a sofa! I had a broken flatscreen TV 2 broken lamps , 1 broken table, 2 china closets that have damaged bottoms from being moved with a hand truck instead of a furniture dolly, 2 boxes of chine completely smashed every dish bowl and cup broken even my ironing board is bent. ( I don't know how they managed that.) I still have about 10 boxes to open but its not looking good since they also look crushed and torn. This company is very unprofessional and should never be used.They must be stopped. So please pass this on. One more thing they don't have regular employees but hire them from CraigsList when they get in to town for loading and unloading so you don't know who your letting into your home. . I think any good review on this site must be fake since the people who posted the five stare reviews seem to have reviewed a few of the same companies check it out! they all had their teeth fixed in Tennessee got a security system in California had water damage cleaned up in Texas and a few had surgery in India ! or go to Yelp and check out whats said about this company. If you want to see how this company operates ask if you can stop by the office to pay your deposit or payment. I put in a claim to there insurance company but still haven't heard anything. They will only pay .60 cents pound for whats damaged or missing. So thats not a bad deal for the moving company they can take anything they want for .60 cents a pound!I paid this company close to 3000.00 and don't have much left to show for it. After all this time Im still seeing false good reviews on this site.Now its October and they are offering me 62.00 for my damaged things and for being late!

As per company terms and conditions of which you fully signed and agreed, it is the shipper’s (your) responsibility to inspect and indicate damages or missing items on the inventory logs at time of delivery. Valuation of claim will be based on those indications, subject to the limitations of liability as described on the Bill of Lading. Liability of the carrier will be in accordance with the liability option you’ve selected at the time of the move.
Upon a close review of your Bill of Lading (Contract), Order of Service as well as the Proof of Loss and Damage Form, and in order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, the Settlement of this claim has been found to be in the amount of $62.00.
Upon your notarization, signature and return of this letter, a settlement check will be forwarded to you at the above address.
Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we wish you the best in your new location!

My grandparents bequeathed to me a dining room set, but that sucker was huge and I couldn’t drive it myself from Georgia back home to upstate NY. I was able to arrange for Certified Relocation experts to go wrap it up and protect all of the pieces and get it up to me. Everything arrived in perfect condition, couldn’t have done it better myself for sure, and couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend them!!

Wonderful experience with a team of sharp wits! Woot, these guys did a crazily excellent job of unloading my stuff. Didn’t rip me off and didn’t yawn before me either :D. Great workers with a sharp watch on the wrist – you just can’t go wrong with this company for sure. Bang-on!

This joke of a company took me for THOUSANDS of dollars on top of my initial quote! On top of that, they broke nearly everything marked FRAGILE, including my wedding China (which they were instructed NOT to take!)! Box after crushed box I sifted through what was left of my belongings. My t.v. is missing and I know that I'll never see it again! This company is a rip off and they are thieves! My next letter is to the BBB. Yours should be as well!
