Terrible customer service very bad attitudes they must want to go out of business go to J&B sales and services in union beach they are true professionals and very helpful i will never ever go to cerliones again nothing but a waste of time

I have to agree with what others are saying. I've dealt with Cerlione's on two occasions now - once to get a fuel filter for my leaf blower, and once I had called to inquire about service on a mower engine. Both times I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt the guy I dealt with (don't know if it was the same one both times) was somewhat rude, and condescending. I can't really speak for the quality of their work, since I never had them work on anything of mine, but the customer service was well below par.

That is the reason I looked to see others' reviews. I wanted to know if it was just me, or if those folks really are as unprofessional as they seemed to be. I'm now convinced it's the latter.

I see the reviews about poor customer service but these guys sure saved my butt today... If your looking to have a chain experience goto a chain (probably a couple times because they got it wrong) . These guys no there stuff and that's what's important.. I pulled into the lot at 12:00 the same time they were supposed to close and they opened the door for me and got me the belt I needed to get my snowblower working for the latest snow storm.. Without these guys I would have been shoveling tomorrow!! So thanks guys.

First time and last time. I brought chainsaw, line trimmer and blower in for service. Saleman said they don't work on those models (fair enough) but he goes on to insult me saying they are "throwaways" and we get $85/hr to work on equipment so it wouldn't be worth it to you. Then he turns and walks back in the shop with out even trying to upsell me on new equipment they have in stock (not so bright). So I went to their competition in Holmdel (WH Potter) and spent $500 on new line trimmer and blower that same day. So much for customer service, Cerliones. Apparently they'd rather work on some landscaper's "pro" equipment than gain a new "homeowner" customer.

Salesman/mechanics poor to horrible attitudes. says bring mower down, then tell you we dont need any more business go elsewhere probably the worst way to handle customers ive seen in years.. go elsewhere. they dont want business and you dont need the hassle.
