Our kiln is up and running again thanks to Jimmy Rosario! Jimmy is the key guru/technician that repairs and cleans the kilns for Ceramic Supply. He's conscientious about his customers' needs and does his best to get there within a week of speaking with you.
He recently paid us a visit and took the entire machine a part then reassembled it within a 5 hour time frame. His knowledge of kilns is broad and his commitment admirable. Thanks again Jimmy!
