Century Medical & Dental Center

The most horrible place to be, the dental staffs are rude and unprofessional, very dirty and untidy place, I have to call 311 on them for poor service.

Have been coming here for years and always a good experience. There doctors are knowledgable and know what they are doing. The front desk is friendly and accommodating. I recently had a health scare and they were the only ones that took the time to figure out what I needed to do. Also love the convenience that they have all doctors including a dental department.

When I first walked into the operating room and sat down, I was disgusted by what I saw. There was splats of blood left in the mouth rinsing sink, as well as, saliva from the previous patient mixed with blood all over the sink. The saliva injectors that are placed into a patients mouth were also dirty and was easily noticeable that it was also from the previous patient. Everything was disgusting. After I noticed, I brought it to the hygienists attention because it was completely unacceptable, although I should've gotten up right then and there. The hygienist cleaned what I said but acted nonchalant about it, as if it was no big deal, meanwhile I have been a dental assistant for 6 years. When I asked to speak to a manager and informed them that I had taken pictures of the disgusting things that I saw, they threatened to call the police and arrest me. No actions were taken. Overall, if you care about your personal hygiene, physical well being, and care about your dental experience, do NOT go here.

do not go here. period! i have gone twice and the second time against my own better judgement and only because the doctor herself (Dadamova) was great. the front desk women are beyond unorganized and have no respect for anyone's time whatsoever. it's always the doctor's fault, or they are super busy or whatever. they talk about everyone in russian as if we don't ALL understand it and treat everyone, especially most of their elderly patients like idiots. as i write this i am on hold for the 6th time today and it's up to 29 minutes. i am calling just to see if my blood test results from last week have arrived into the office. i have been getting attitude each time and i can hear the women talking to one another about me in russian. so sad. i will miss this doctor but look for her to move to another practice.

Awesome office! Very spacious and friendly staff. The doctor I visited was also very helpful and I felt extremely accommodated. I would suggest this office for a visit to anyone. Thank you Century!
