I had the worst experience ever and will not recommend this to anyone.

Everyone knows that going to the dentist isn't fun, but it's worse in an unfriendly atmosphere. My boyfriend and I went to this dental office for a cleaning and check-up hoping to find a new dental office. The front desk staff was rude to us from the onset of the appt booking, the assistant was unfriendly during the cleaning and the dentist didn't even acknowledge us before telling what work that needed to be done and how we could schedule our next appt. I asked the dentist about a few issues my previous dentist told me to keep an eye on and his response with laughter was "we'll get to that eventually"...overall he spoke in a very demeaning and patronizing tone when I asked questions about my oral health.

I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere, which is what we did after paying $80 to transfer our records. Transferring records cost $80, took 3 phone calls (one of which was the office manager who miscommunicated information about my boyfriends files), a letter and a trip to pick the hard copies up.

Also, there are signs posted throughout the office in regards to misc charges that will be applied if you do this or that...located in the Wall Street area they're clearly nickel and diming their patients.
