The owner is a bit... eccentric, to put it nicely. He doesn't open on Sundays which is inexcusable. Actually he opens whenever he feels like it, which isn't often. In his advanced years, he's got a very rigid moderate philosophy of bicycling and refuses to keep up with technology.
The place is sparsely furnished, if you do catch it open. He also is adamantly against hiring anyone else to at least mind the store in his frequent absences.
Word is he's looking to sell and until the store changes hands, I can't really recommend this place. (7/11)
