I had an excellent experience with Pat Martinelli and Frank DeMaria from Peterson Real Estate in Secaucus, NJ. They were professional and very helpful. The house was sold in a very short amount of time. They were also very courteous, polite, and friendly. Pat went out of her way to get estimates for work to be done such as a roofer, plumber, and electrician. We used all of the people she recommended and they were very reasonable and did a phenomenal job. All of the work was done quickly as well as accurately. Both Pat and Frank are trustworthy and I would recommend them to everyone. I had a fantastic experience with them. Thanks again for your dedication and hard work.

I had a long and stressing closing. The agent was no help and depended on the buyer to do all the work. The repair estimates that the agent got for us were all wrong. The repairman didn't even look at the problem and just threw out numbers. I had to take time off from work to make sure that they did their job. It took over three months to sort everything out. We would not get any calls from the agent about the status of our house weeks on end. We requested the agent to be there at closing but never showed up or returned our class during the signing. The list goes on and basically it was free money for them for no work. I would not recommend Peterson Real Estate of Secaucus to anyone. Look else where for a agent that more aggressive and on your side.
