On 10.31.2015 at C21 store located on
200 Bergen Town Center
Paramus, NJ 07652,
When I want to purchase a cloth a staff stopped me at register, he’s name is Michael Coo**y, and accuse me changed the tag of that cloth, he said his girl checked the tag before I went to fit room, and found out the tag is wrong when I want to buy it.
it’s complete A LIE, when I go to fitting room they only check the number of cloth never compared tag and cloth see if that match, I understand they made mistake put wrong tag sometime, BUT ACCUSE A CUSTOMER CHANGING PRICE TAG WITOUT ANY EVIDENT THAT IS TOO MUCH !!!
He want sacred me said “Do you want me call police”, I said yes I want call police and I want you show the CAMERA record to check if your staff checked price tag before I enter the change room, then he change his word, said I won’t show the video record to you, and I don’t want to call the police.
I told him I want talk to your supervisor, and he said he is the head of department there is no one I can talk to. I asked for business card, he said he don’t have one, only can hand write down his name.(in the paper his title is head of loss prevention)
That’s the end.
I am always enjoy my purchase in C21 Store, speed almost 10k this year, but this time I feel I been trade rude and feel racial discrimination from c21 staff. They are not doing their job well and accuse serious charge without any investigate or evidence, the only thing I can feel is they interrogate their customer in public and try to prove what they believed fact is the truth.
So disappointed and hurt.

Terrible.
on 05/15/2015 at about 10 a.m. I came up to the cashiers registers on the first floor. I was exchanging swimming shorts which I had bought a day before for my grandson. One cashier by name Wandaliz was counting dollar bills; another one standing next to Wandaliz, said to me that she was not a cashier and told me to go to another side of the store; the third one was talking on her cell phone. There was nobody else behind the cashers counter and nobody was serving the customers. I went to the other side but did not find any casher stand there. I came back - the three were still at the same positions. I said that the store was open and there must be anybody to serve the customers. I understood that the second woman was just lying to me sending me to the 'other side'. I demanded to see the manager. The second woman joyously exclaimed: "Oh, you want to see the manager! Here she is!" The third one who was talking on cell phone and patiently watching all this scene turned out to be a manager. She leisurely sauntered to me and asked me for my driver license. Then it took a substantial amount of time from 'the manager' to process the exchange. It was obvious that she was poorly trained and could not understand the computer screen. Wandaliz was standing next to her looking embarrassed.
I was running out of the store wondering who employed those people.
But the store has good merchandise.

Sure there are some good deals to be found here, but it definitely involves searching through like a needle in a haystack. The store is not well organized and always has the feeling that they just got hit by a storm and are still cleaning up. Other Century 21 stores have the same deals are are a lot nicer. Sales people here are also a bit sleazy and pushy and not helpful.
