Centre Dental--Shi John DDS

I lost my 4 front teeth in a car accident and after searching for the best dentist in New York. I found John Shi and he was worth the money . The did my process smooth and I'm able to smile again with confidence because of him. The staff was very helpful and they offer me financing so I was able to book my surgery right away.I'm very pleased with how nice John Shi and his assistant are and just want to say thanks for squeezing me in the schedule!

Dentists make me nervous and when I walked into the Centre Dental--Shi John DDS location and saw the stairs leading down to a bright white hallway I was still anxious. I didn't see an elevator so this place is not wheelchair accessible from what I can tell. But once you get downstairs it is clean and well lit and the staff are pleasant and greeted me once I walked in. I filled out a form as many medical appointments require. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and was seen 30 minutes earlier than my appointment was scheduled for. I was escorted into a procedure room that was clean and comfortable. There was music playing and some privacy. Dr. greeted me and was caring and thoughtful. She took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the whitening kit I had decided to try. She shared with me what to expect, gave me a chart of whitening variation so I had reasonable expectations, and discussed with me preventative steps in case I felt any sensitivity.

A short update as they deserve it. Last week I was unfortunate enough to crack a teeth. Minor crack, but still. I called Centre Dental--Shi John DDS as soon as they opened the phone for the day, and they were able to squeeze me in within a few hours. Dr. with assistance from her kind staff fixed the tooth within a few minutes to a perfect result. Can't tell which tooth was cracked now. Yay. yes, two five star reviews for this place - and no, I'm not getting paid or discount to do this.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. for the past 3 - 4 years. He and his staff are highly competent, very pleasant and run a very efficient office. I would recommend him to the most discriminating person.
