DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE! FRONT LINE STAFF IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! IF YOU PARTICIPATE IN A LOW FEE NEUTER PROGRAM WHERE PEOPLE EXPECT TO ONLY PAY FOR PAIN MEDS & A COLLAR, YOU CAN'T HIT THEM WITH A $208 BILL AND SAY THE CERTIFICATE IS ONLY GOOD FOR A "DISCOUNT" OFF OF YOUR REGULAR FEES. AND THEN ADD INSULT TO INJURY BY QUESTIONING WHETHER OR NOT I ASKED ABOUT THE ADDTL FEES BECAUSE THE FRONTLINE HAS OVER 20 YEARS & HAD I ASKED, THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME. REALLY? SO I GUESS THAT MAKES ME A LIAR...WOW..... NEVER AGAIN!! MADE MY APPT WITH CRAWFORD DOG & CAT WHO BY THE WAY HONORS THE CERTICATE AND CHARGES ONLY FOR PAIN MEDS & THE COLLAR.

The staff is just rude, clueless, and unprofessional. The vets are good and seem to care for the animals. But there are plenty of other animal hospitals you can go to

I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER PEOPLE TO CARE FOR MY FUR-BABY IN OUR TIME OF NEED!!! Every single person, from the receptionist to the drs treated me AND Petey like he was their own!!! Dr. Jackman is a is spectacular!!! Petey immediately trusted her as did I!!! I've gotten the run around from other vets, but here they are straight forward and honest!!! They will forever be in our hearts and we have now finally found an amazing group of people that treat not only your precious babies like their own, but comfort you while you are making extremely difficult decisions!! We are indebted to them all!!

Some people so annoying, what do you want, you are living in the most expensive state of USA. First, just for fun, check your medical bills, how they are expensive, but you don't care about it. Your insurance companies paying Hospital/Doctor's bill for you.
This Hospital and people who working there are super professional. They saved my dog's life, and this is more important for me and my family. And, if I can, I should will to give them 10 stars.

Horrible place! Will never ever go back here and will tell people to steer clear of this disgusting place. My dog had an emergancy at 11pm so our regular vet was not opened but we had to bring him somewhere.

When we brought him in, they refused to see him without paper proof of a rabies shot even though he had the tag on his collar with the serial number and all. So with my bleeding dog I had to drive allllll the way home so dig through receipts to try and find more proof that he had the vaccine.

When I finally came back, the vet techs were very rude and said they were going to charge me over $1000 just to drain his anal gland which is where he was bleeding from. They wanted to keep him over night. Due to the way they treated him in front of me, I decided I did not feel it was safe for him to stay over night with these nasty horrible people.

If you hate animals, you shouldn't work with animals. And these people clearly hates animals and enjoys seeing them suffer.
