Be careful here. Attendant was incredibly rude and stuff including some expensive headphones were taken from the car.

If your getting a zip car here sure to add 20 minutes of wait time while the attendant crab walks to your car. Very sloooooow.

EXCEPTIONALLY POOR!!! PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Smashed my windshield and stated that they would NOT assume liability. Said it was related to the change in hot and cold climates....really?? in June?? Talked to the corporate claims administrator, no help there either. Would avoid ALL Central Parking Garages. Shameful.

We parked here for 24 hours and 10 minutes from Saturday May 11 to Sunday May 12 2013.
First of all advertised los 11-something rate is a scan – you can’t combine two of them and get 24 hours for under $30 - you’ll pay full $47. Well, we printed coupon (showing it from smart phone screen is no-no) for $30 for 24 hours, but was 10 minutes late. We were charged $50 instead of $30(coupon 24 hours) + $9(30 minutes rate).
Why? – “Because our computer programmed this way”. I was directed to call to a manager, who told me the same. to correct this he needed to talk to his manager[s] (CFO?) about refunding me extra $11.
