POOR! Poor customer service and I got a fungus in my nails. We stayed even when our favorite girl left we tried because it was convenient parking and competitive pricing, but time and time again we went unsatisfied. I personally like to support local businesses and will continue, why suffer with poor service and dirty tools when there are many great nail salons in town.

I went to this salon after a friend recommended them for UV gel nails. The first time I went I was happy with the results, and after I went back for a fill I was unhappy with the shape of my nails. To me it seemed like she put too much gel on the ends so they looked globby. The third time I went was a while later because I realized that after the first few times the woman had filed my nails too thin and they were starting to hurt. I let them grow out and figured I'd go back and get them redone but tell them not to file my nails thin. This time I went I got some new girl. I had to have a few of my nails extended to match the length I wanted. I had this done before when they take a sticker paper with a hole in it and put it under your nail so when they put the gel on it makes your nail longer. The girl didn't put them on right and there was a gap between the paper and my nail so a ton of gel went under my nails. She also didn't put the gel on top of my nails smooth enough so they were wavy. She realized that and out a second coat over it but she didn't file under my nails. When she was using the dremel she kept hitting into the side of my finger and ended up cutting into my skin. After that I considered just leaving. I went outside for a cigarette because I was in so much pain, and when I came back in she was sitting there making faces because I was I guess as she saw it "wasting her time". My first thought was if you didn't tear a hole in my finger maybe I wouldn't have to step out. I then mentioned to her a few times that I didn't like the underside and I wanted her to file it so she started trying to fine it with a regular file.. but she was only filing the edges of my nail, not under the tips. After 5 times of me telling her and her saying she fixed it I went over to the owner.. who had done my nails the first 2 times and said I wanted them fixed and she said it was fine and filed under them a bit but not enough. I went to wash my hands and saw the girl that was doing my nails go to the owner while pointing at me as if I was some kind of idiot. Eventually I forced her to fix under my nails but I was still unhappy with them and just wanted to get the hell out of there. Don't get mad at me if I have to tell you several times how to do your own job because you aren't good at it. And don't act like there is nothing wrong when someone brings your mistake to your attention. I tried to give them a chance because my friend goes there all the time, but even my friend said she wouldn't go back after that and she called them to complain.
