They over book appointments. Waiting time to see Dr Roberts is over 3hrs. He has no consideration for patients. Office personnel is not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to spend your entire day there. They always have the same excuse..."Doctor was late", "we are behind schedule". It never changes...Very poor customer service! I really need to go elsewhere...

Dr. Xiao is the best doctor I ever had, she helps me go through all my tough time! God bless her
