Their slogan "Service when you need it" is completely inaccurate. They were listed as the closest Navien heater service specialists, so I contacted them to come look at an error code my heater was showing. The guy on the phone says tomorrow morning, and that they'll call before coming. Well, the next morning, no one comes and no one calls. Not a huge deal, I call them and ask if they are still coming. The guy says they'll be at my house in an hour. An hour passes and no one shows, so I call again. He says that they'll be knocking at my door in 10-15 minutes. I wait another hour and of course, no one shows. At this point it's 4PM and I call again, and no one answers the phone at all and it goes to voice mail. So I would not recommend these people unless you want to waste a full day waiting and be lied to on the phone. They could have at least had the decency to tell me that they wouldn't make it, instead of telling me that they'd be here and keep me waiting all day. I have to rate them at least 1 star, but realize that 1 star actually means "Hated it" according to Google.

We recently Hired Central Jersey Mechanical HVAC to fix a slew of issues that we were having with our furnace which caused it to fail inspection. The original installer gave us the run around about getting the repairs done and we became fed up so we called and talked to John at Central Jersey Mechanical HVAC. He immediately came out to the house (same day), looked at the problem and gave us a fair estimate. He then corrected the (many) issues that were causing our furnace to fail inspection and got us to pass final inspection. He was always easily reachable throughout the process via phone and always made our project a priority. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, did it quickly and did it right. I recommend Central Jersey Mechanical HVAC.
