AVOID THIS QUACK LIKE THE PLAGUE!! (See below)
Very unprofessional from the top down. Gary Klinsberg just sits quietly in the examination room and types on his laptop (that he has difficulty using), and when you ask a question, he'll mutter a quick dismissive reply.
Doctor will not return your calls or speak to you (very money hungry environment -- they try to nickel and dime you at every corner) as a forceful way to make you schedule a visit.
Arrived at 9:25am for a 9:30 appointment, and I was the first one there. I waited until 9:45 before the receptionist to come and unlock the door, and another 5 for the doctor to waltz in.
My biggest complaint is the receptionist. I have family members who are medical receptionists, so I understand how demanding the job can be, but FOR NO REASON should you TALK OVER and HANG UP on me like an immature child. In other words, she's a temperamental b****.
NOTE HMO: YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET A DAMN REFERRAL
Happy to say I left the practice. What a disgrace to medical professionals and the hippocratic oath the "Doctor" swore.
I HOPE this REVIEW will prevent another person from making my mistake of going to Gary A. Klingsberg.
