I had a few issues in the beginning but Savera help me since the beginning. I was confused for a couple of things because i had to learn so much but she help me all the way.

Crappy service. Anyone here leaving a postive feedback for these guys must work on the inside. Customer service on the fly....yeah right.

The best software ever, it helps me to track my inventory, spifs, expenses, customers, daily sales, loses and profit, the payments has a special section, that's mean you can track it by cents...
The support team is the best support team ever I meet, they are there for help any time, they have a hotline support, no need for sending any email and wait on replay, just call them and they will helps you.
I advice it for any repair cell phone or computer shop.

If you are a cellphone store owner, look no further. CellsmartPOS allows me to efficiently manage my business, keeps track of my inventory, and cut down on paperwork. Can't ever get a hold of customer service. It's nonexistant! I thought I'd call them before switching to give them a chance but I couldn't get anyone on the line. TERRIBLE!!! Try for yourself. Call, select support, software, no one will pick up.
