I'm sorry I normally do not do this but this place was just horrible! I asked the girl for information regarding the network and she told me incorrect information for starters and then she didn't charge me the correct amount for service so that night my husband & my service was disconnected. She had told me that the accessories were free and it turned out she had charged me extra for them & never told me. I paid cash & they never told me it would take 7-10 days to get a check if I returned it, which I did cause the service sucked! Now it's been a week and the manager that had taken the return is no longer in the store & the new manager is rude and just tells me that they will call my husband when the check is in cause she doesn't know when that will be. Horrible service in this store! Workers are not too knowledgeable & they lie! Beware if you go there and expect to be on line for a while.
