Loved it!!!!! My phone got damage and I went to the store to get a new phone I had a really good deal on the phone and they helped me to retrieve all the information from my old phone it was just awesome!!!!!!

I'm glad that my phone been fixed in cell city they did a great job and it was fast work too!!!!

Got my Macbook pro screen replaced. They said it would be finished after a week until they told me, after 6 days, that "the screws sent to them were not brandnew". So they told me they ordered a new one and had shipped overnight. I called the next day to check if they've finished the repair.. they told me that the screws would arrive in a week!!!! so i told them i'd just pick it up and get it repaired by another store. but when i arrived at their store, they said the repair man left already and they don't know where he put my laptop. but since i didn't have another day to pickup the laptop, i just told them i'd just wait another week for the repair.
After 5 days, they told me the laptop was ready for pickup. I arrived at store, paid the remaining balance, and took my laptop.
When i arrived at home, i opened my laptop and noticed that the screen had some discoloration at the sides and a white spot was visible at the right side of the screen (as if the screen wasn't brandnew) I also noticed some scratches at the bottom part and a small part was chipped off...
Since i bought my laptop from b&h, i've already put on a case.

What a jackass of a guy who answered the phone. had a stick so far up his ass that he couldn't help me out. stay away from the phones until your mom teaches you how to talk to people, respectfully! waste of your time! Based off this review, sounds like this is a reoccurring problem...I'll inform the BBB about this!
