$35 for man's manicure and pedicure

i was given a voucher for this place: includes free haircut/blowdry, free 30 min massage, free 60 min facial, free mani/pedi. 20% gratuity is necessary.
the hair salon was AMAZING. the ladies there took excellent care of my sister and I, and I would certainly go back.
the manicure was a completely different story. the lady in charge was very friendly. however, the lady doing my nails was huffing and puffing throughout, she ended up cutting cuticles on 4 of my fingers! i asked her to do the white part of my french manicure thinner, she completely ignored me and made them thick. also, the voucher clearly states mini manicure and/or pedicure (which was covered). it also specifies that we can upgrade to a full pedicure for an extra charge. i clearly stated that i wanted the mini mani/pedi for 35, and she agreed. so the price when i walked in and discussed what i wanted, was about 30 dollars for the both of us. she ended up charging 56, saying that she gave the full pedicure (which i specifically said i didnt want), and then charged the 20% on the updated amount.
it was absolutely obnoxious. the lady doing my sister's nails was clearly talking about us, she kept pointing to her and laughing. it was very rude and disrespectful. after charging us that insanely inflated price unfairly, she had the guts to ask if we had money for a tip because its "separate from the gratuity". wont go back. i didnt bother going for the facial and massage.
great for hair, wouldnt go for nails, prices are prettyyyy expensive, wraps are 55 starting for extensions, acrylics are 40 starting, more for french. (every other salon i know charges 30 for french)
