The only bike shop I go to, most bike shops take your bike to the back or the basement out of view to work on it, Jeff does his work in front of everyone to show that he is truly working on your bike, extremely knowledgeable, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really great guys. Very knowledgeable. And enthusiastic about both regular and folding bikes. They knew all about my Bike Friday folding bike and fixed her up real nice

First of all i walked in right as they were going to close and the manager greeted me with no reluctance.

I had no idea what i was looking for in order to upgrade my bike until i left this shop. The manager was super friendly, even took a look at my bike which was parked in the street. Gave me all the advice i needed without trying to sell me anything. I plan on buying and tuning here from now on just because these guys are so helpful and good with people.
