Chris and Ken Lickman, the owners of Cavalier Construction Services, are animal abusers and the scourge of our Red Hook neighborhood. They keep their junkyard dog penned up all day -- the poor dog looks malnourished, lonely and half-insane --- then leave him out to bark all night and drive the neighbors crazy, keeping them and their children awake at all hours. These guys flout the law, laugh at and ignore every neighborhood and police complaint, and deserve to be shut down. If you're thinking about doing business with these inconsiderate creeps, don't.
