I am grateful for cathay express. They take care of my loved ones and treat them like family. It gives me the peace of mind knowing my loved ones are being well taken care of when Ican;t be there. We used them for almost 1 year and I have no complaints. Communication is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

In a busy city like NYC, with heavy traffic and full of grid locks during rush hours, this company has proven to be effective. They know the city very well and know what routes are best to get you there on time. Highly recommend.

Never on time. Either late or extra early. Had to wait 2 hours for pick up at times. Unsafe drivers, constantly running red lights and stop signs. Would not recommend.

This is the best non-emergency medical transportation in Queens. We needed a van with wheelchair lift and they gave our elderly patients high quality service. Recommend!
