NASTY and RUDE!!!! I do strongly believe it was the owner who wrote a good comment. I am a professional musician and I called for an estimate of a simple quick repair of a spring the man was RUDE! and wanted to over charge. I am well aware of the cost, and not even my regular PROFESSIONAL repair man charges from in NYC. THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE, THEY ARE UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. They are RUDE and have no manners. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. It breaks my heart as a dedicated performer/educator to see this store in business. They treat people bad!

I think the great review was probably written by the manager/owner. I had a terrible experience with this store. I traveled for 30 minutes to rent a trumpet which did not work and came back to exchange it requesting them to test it out first and they said there was no one available to check if the trumpet was working well. The employees there are unfriendly and I felt like they were doing me a favor instead of apologizing for my inconvenience. Would never rent an instrument from them again.
