I called for directions to Casual Male in Paramus, today and the young man person on the phone was not customer friendly. Although I had planed to visit the store today, but after the conversation I decided that it was not a good idea.
Someone should tell Casual Malethat customer service is important (especially in a recession)! I can spend my money anywhere.
