ridiculous ! been waiting without any gas to cook with for going on 11 months! they are finally geetting around to fixing the issue ! The managment company never answers the telephone and have caller id so they know who is calling . If you complain It takes longer to have the problem fixed. The super is a joke - he doesnt do a thing in this place. His girlfiend has a bedroom setup and her dog in the basement whherre she llives rent free amongst the trash debris. The plumbing is not fucntional. The entire building is upset and disgusted with the lack of accountablity of the managment company the super and the land lord. 311 has been called literally over a hunderd times to complain from this address (1727 2 nd ave )
There is no security at all - its a dangerous building my advice is to take your money and your business elsewhere while you still can and avoid the company altogether.
