First, the nurses are friendly and caring. God Bless them all! Everything else about this facility is sub par. My 89 year old grandfather spent almost two months in Castle Hill re-habbing from a congestive heart failure. They lost most of his clothes and the real problem was, they LOST HIS DENTURES. He is an old man with a plethora of ailments. One of those ailments is that he needs help with everything, including walking and getting up. So when the head of the facility, Francine told me they were not liable for losing his teeth it was very infuriating. Based on their accountability sheet they take every night, his dentures were in his room but when he woke up they were gone. Francine said my grandfather might have done something with them. The problem with that is he can't even get up to reach where they are kept. Francine said told me it would be the same thing even if it was a prosthetic arm or leg. I got a professional, "Oh well, not our problem". Besides the nursing, you are better off sending your loves ones somewhere else.
