The doctors are great. But the staff out front are terrible.

Their automated phone system doesn't work properly and keeps hanging up on you when you try to make an appointment. When it does work 1/15 attempts, the desk you get sent to let's the call go to voicemail. You're job is to sit at the desk and pick up the phone! And if someone does pick up you get put on hold for minutes on end. They are just ridiculous. If I isn't love my doctor they would never get my business

I'm giving a 2 stars due to the lack of phone etiquettes that I have experienced with this clinic front desk. If you call around 4pm you will be placed on hold for prolonged time and subsequently hung up on. Just rude! This has happen several times. As you attempt to call back after being hung up on, mind you, this is well before 5pm, your call is forwarded to Montefiore Answering Service. This's completely counter-productive, especially when the practice stays open late.

Why should your answering service take calls, when you can service patients directly that may have appointments or urgent questions during extended hours or operating hours? In fact, this office stays open to 6:30pm some evenings and beyond, so there is no room for excuses for this lack of professionalism. This isn't acceptable! The doctors at this clinic aren't included in this rating.

This is an extension of Montefiore Medical group. I use to have a doctor here but i switched immediately when I had my first visit. Their schedualing is long so you can't come in and expect to be seen anytime soon. The staff is not all that nice. My doctor didn't help me at all. I complained about pelvic pain and he tried to pacify it as a woman issue. When I had serious pain one night to the point my fiance had to call 911 I found out the hard way that I had ovarian cysts and one had ruptured!!!!!
