I think you are confused with another store. we have 20 years of service we never had someone that can say the deliverey was not delivered on time, quality customers to pay ask everyone who works and nobody had any problems. if you have any problem with the store or i please come and show your face to know that you accuse us. you could also come and look at the quality of store employees and service we provide. we have alot of customers who talk about the high quality of work done. please come to the store to argue over this ,

I just received a gift basket from this store after a great deal of trouble even getting them to deliver it. They claimed they had delivered it although we never received it. Then they refused to arrange delivery at a time when we were available, telling us to come pick it up. When we finally got it, it was literally the crappiest, cheapest gift basket I have ever seen. It had a$2.99 package of Kraft singles (with the price tag on it), Saltine crackers, Chip Ahoy cookies and a few other cheap supermarket items as well as a couple of apples. What a rip off!
