Do not go there if you have new or expensive car, they use dirty towel and leave scratches all over!!

Great place to get your car washed. The car seems good as new after washing it. The service is also great, and the owner of the car wash was very kind.

I was recently recommended this place by my friend, went there to try washing my 2005 Toyota Camry and got truly satisfied with their careful service & decent prices. In addition, its manager, who was so kind, explained how he could help make my ugly-looking & stinky car look totally different through a detailing job (shampoo & waxing). Then I could not believe him, but when I was scheduled and he kept his promise, I was so impressed by their highly skilled work. That was something never ever expected !! Thank you to nice Casino guys! Hey folks out there, what are you waiting for?

I went in for a full detail service at Casino Car Wash on 9/3/13. I spoke to the guy in charge, the Korean gentleman, to pay particular attention to my front bumper and trunk. I had previously received a regular car wash from them and they could not remove the dirt from the front bumper and he had informed me that they could remove everything with a full detail. This is the reason why I had returned to receive a detail. The trunk had an odor from food being left in it and he told me they shampoo the trunk with a full service detail so the smell would be gone. When I came to pick up the car, I was appalled at what I saw. The front bumper was full of chips and scratches where the dirt had been. The trunk still smelled. When I asked about these issues, the Korean gentleman stated the scratches were already there. In regards to the trunk, he admitted the employees might have rushed the job because they were busy and that was why the smell was still there. We argued more about the front bumper and he started reacting violently pounding the front of my car with his hand, which should be recorded in the store's surveillence footage. At this point I asked to speak to the owner and he yelled, "I'm the owner and I don't need money from you so why don't you just leave." I then received a call from him two days later on 9/5/13 asking me if I'm going to pay. I was appalled at his audacity. I asked him how are you going to refuse my money one day and then ask me to pay it 2 days later. He threatened to report me to the police and I told him to go ahead. I received a call from Officer Chun of Palisades Park PD yesterday 9/9/13. He asked me to come in to inspect the car. It was then he informed me that the guy was the manager, not the owner, and he had said I had refused to pay.

Filed a complaint to BBB and the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs.
