Excellent customer service and process. I am not one to just give out my information online. I was very hesitant and I definitely called them my fair share. I spoke to at least 5 different agents over the course of a month. They were all patient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made me feel quite at ease ( quite an accomplishment as I am a bit of a conspiracy theorist)!
Within 10 minutes of submitting my information I had the payment in my paypal account. 4 days later I got an email from a rep that I can change my password because all the miles they have purchased have been used for a ticket already.
I must say I am pleasantly surprised. A highly recommended firm!
