Horrible, horrible place. I wish I could give it "0" stars. Brian Casey is the most callous, uncaring person I have ever come in contact with. My father died very suddenly. We had always used this funeral home, so we went there. My mother was completely devastated. Brian's demeanor can only be described as "jovial" when we walked in. He proceeded to handle the arrangements as if we were planning a luncheon. He then pushed papers at my mother and said coldly, "This is for the embalming.", as if she were signing for a cup of coffee. Throughout the service, he and another man whose name I don't know (short in stature and very sarcastic) laughed and had a grand old time as we mourned my father. After the funeral, he called my sister, thinking it was my mother's number, telling her about a mistake that supposedly was made with the cremation. We SPECIFICALLY asked him to call one of us, not my mother. Thank goodness he called my sister by accident, as the news he called with would have devastated my mother even further (the details of which I won't go into for fear that it would get back to her). Luckily, he had made a "mistake" and a nice man named Vince helped us.
My children go to school near this place and I have seen Brian pull into the parking lot, park sideways and get out of the car with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth as if he were entering a bar and not a funeral home. He is a dispicable person who has no regard for others. I understand that it is a business and that they have to close themselves off from it to a point, but they should still have to act like human beings. Brian Casey should not be allowed to work there. Just because your name is Casey, doesn't mean you belong working at a funeral home. I will never, EVER go back there, and I will make sure others know what it is like to deal with this place. I wouldn't let them handle funeral arrangements for a hamster, let alone another one of my loved ones. Shame on you, Brian Casey.

Steve Pentangelo was truly amazing and respectful with the handling of the services for my father Richard (November, 20/21) - although we met him at Casey's for the details, our service was held in Michael Hegarty Funeral Home in Old Bridge (both are apart of Dignity Memorial), he and the staff of both homes gave more than we could have asked for. We all never want to use a funeral home - but if you have to, do as our family will; use Casey and their partners. THANK YOU AGAIN STEVE!
