Do not test here. The young lady, staff member at the front desk was cold and uncourteous. It was as if she did not really want to talk to you. Secondly, there was construction in the building. While I was testing I can hear the sounds of electric saws as if they were in the room with me. The staff would talk to other test takers while you were testing, and the testing room door is wide open. You can hear the staff talking to others checking in for their test. Bottom line, not conducive for a good testing environment. Too much noise and distractions. 2 thumbs down. Pearson Professional should reconsider this venue as a testing center.
