I have been using Casa Dry Cleaners since 2009. This dry cleaner always meets or exceeds my expectations. I bring them very high end clothing, white clothing, no matter what the product, they do a fantastic job. They are in my opinion the best dry cleaners in the city.

best cleaners in Chelsea! everyone is nice and accommodating and the service is superb, quick, and convenient! highly recommend

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Not only did some of the pieces have to be taken back to be cleaned again because they were still dirty but they lost a major part of one of my garments. I understand that mistakes happen but the most disappointing part of the process how rude the owner was to me. He offered no solutions to resolve the issue that his company created. He was arrogant and extremely rude.

My experience with Ruben is he is one of those owners who is commited to customer service and his understanding that the business will only be as good as the integrity he has towards providing the kind of quality service that is expected. By his customers, keep up the good work.
