Caru LLC

I've been going to Caru for a few months. Eileen does a great job and really understands how to cut very thick hair. She also willing chopped off my long hair on my first visit. I'll be going to Caru as long as she's there.

Everything about Caru is amazing. From the stylists to the decor. I feel welcome every time I enter and as important as a rock star when I am with my stylist. I have seen Brittney, Andrea, and Koduma and all three are absolutely incredible. They are thorough and attentive with everything I ask, I trust them 100%. I have had highlights, single process color, touch ups, shines, and multiple hair cuts. I have never been unsatisfied and I would recommend this salon over ANY in Hoboken and even the greater Hudson County.

I absolutely love Caru! It's always been a fantastic salon experience. All of the stylists are excellent and do amazing work. It's a very warm and relaxed environment, and I am super psyched about my new do! Recently, I walked in with no appointment on one of those I-just-want-to-cut-off-all-my-hair days and fortunately, there was an opening and the stylist--Andrea, did an amazing job with both my cut and color. I couldn't be more ecstatic.

Salon CARU is one of the best I've ever been to, from the service to the ambiance, to the amazing haircuts.

Koduma is a really talented and wonderful stylist. I've been looking a long time for someone like him. He really took the time to understand my needs/preferences and lifestyle and cut my hair accordingly. He didn't try to push products or services on me, and gave me honest answers to my questions (Should I try a Brazilian blowout? No, it wouldn't suit your hair type, you don't need it). He's given me one of the best haircuts that I've had in a long time.

As for the rest of the salon, from the moment you walk in, you're offered a beverage from their menu (anything from juice to a latte), a survey asks important questions about your haircut/style preferences, someone gives you a great massage, and as you get your hair washed, there's a large fish tank to capture your attention.

All the stylists and people working there are polite and ready to help answer any questions you may have. Customer service is impeccable.

I came to Caru after a bad experience at another place. Tina took care of my color and Jay did my haircut. Both of them are not only exceptional at what they do, but are also wonderful and down-to-earth people that are a pleasure to interact with. The prices are very reasonable considering the service and the skills of the crew. This place is GREAT and Tina and Jay are amazing!
