The toner I buy from CW in Paramus is comparable to factory toner at a fraction of the cost. There was one time I thought the toner was defective and they exchanged it no questions asked at no cost (turned out it was a minor problem with the printer).

All the staff is very friendly and always willing to accommodate. Bob is honest, fair, & knowledgeable (recently he diagnosed a problem I was having with a printer for free and even offered to get me a refurbished one).
