Could not ask for better service. Even if an issue is minor it is taken care of in a timely matter. My office purchases all our ink supplies from Cartridge World in Franklin Square.

staff was very friendly and helpful and you absouletly cannot beat the price.I did have a small issue with one cartridge i got refilled but they exchanged it with no problem.I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to save money and get a quality product.

- Terrible #239193

Had my cartridge refilled there, took it home and it clogged the jets in my printer. After that the printer never worked right. To top it off it was a multifunction and i had to toss an otherwise perfectly good printer/scanner/fax/copier.
