Reviews to Carton Brewing
I don't brew for Carton, but I would be lying if I didn't say it made me proud to be from Jersey. There are plenty of great breweries in my state, but Carton is at the top of my list. Converted from an old Methodist tent storage building, this place puts out some amazing brews. The tap room feels like your friend's living room, with good music and great beer. The staff is quick, and polite, in a Jersey kinda way. I highly suggest trying "Regular Coffee" if it's available.

I love this place because the ale is magically delicious! You must Guild the Lily one of the most delicious products Carton produces. Sad it's seasonal. Decoy is another one of my favorite ales Carton produces and the people are way kool. A visit you must make if you like craft ale. $5 tasting is a steal. You will leave with something.

Fantastic brews which are not distributed very widely. Come down to get unique beer that you can't get anywhere else.

Stopped by with the intent of buying a 4-pack after saying I'd go for years and ended up taking a tour and an awesome $5 beer flight. Amazing staff, and they were excited to show me the facility and answer any questions I had. The tasting room had the welcoming feel of someone's home and the beers were great of course. I kind of wish the beer didn't cost as much as it does, but it's definitely worth the quality and care the put into making what they love.

Carton is putting out some excellent beers. Tours are required on your first visit, and then you head up to the tasting room. On the smaller side, but cool vibe. $5 gets you a flight of 5 beers AND a sample of Boat beer. Some of their premium/small batch beers may not be part of the flight but are available for $5 per pour. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carton definitely pushes boundaries and are not afraid to experiment (Digger - a clam ale). Always a great experience visiting here.
