I want to buy a wedding ring for my sister and I search the online store, it is out of stock. I call the boutique to see if they would have one. They help me to find it and finally they get it. I will pick it up on the next day but the thing is when I arribe next day，I told them the wrong model and the flight will take off after 5 hours. They help me to get it in a hour！They are so friendly and professional. And Rita, what you did let me know the name of Cartier. You let the Cartier more brilliant！

Took my Chinese friends here. We did not have a good experience with the customer service. Other stores were more friendly and helpful. They decided to buy elsewhere.
