This company gets five stars for being prompt, clean, courteous and their pricing was very, very reasonable ! We needed a plumber in a hurry so we just called one after a quick glance in the phone book. We were very surprised by this customer service. I very rarely recommend someone to my friends, but I would not hesitate to tell my friends AND my customers to give this company a try. As a member of a family owned construction company, I was very impressed!

We were having a major problem with some clogged drains in our home. I tried the supermarket bottled stuff and didn't seem to help much so I finally had to call in a plumber in Staten Island. A friend referred this residential plumber that she used, Carters mechanical because they did such an excellent job on her drains.

They cleared the drains right away and now water flows perfectly. Really reliable drain cleaning service. A good plumber is really hard to find. This is a good one for sure. They even offer flat rate plumbing so it ended up being really reasonable.

I gave Carter's Mechanical Inc. a call to have them send a plumber out to my home in Staten Island. I was given an appointment for later that day to have him come out and take a look at the leak i was having under my kitchen sink. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Was able to repair the leak in no time. Highly recommended plumbing company. Will use again.
