really like this place, good food but pricey, good people work here, great coffee..

awful very rude ignorant on the phone. i called and the woman who answered barely spoke english so she gave the phone to another woman who barely spoke english when i asked to speak to the manager i was told she was at another location and why did i want to speak to her when i told her why (huge order) she gave the number to the other location but when i asked for her name so i knew who to ask for she said just ask for manager they will know her name. I HAVE NEVER HEARD sOMETHING like this for a customer who wants to hire you for a party of over 1500 guests and pay you. i will never do business with them if thats how they do stuff on the phone i cant imagine how bad it would be in person. STAY AWAY FROM IT SO YOU DONT GET TAKEN OR MISTREATED BY NO ENGLISH SPEAKING RUDE IGNORANT SIDE STAFF who helps this company lose large business orders.

The baked goods have always been good. But have gotten a little too sweet since the original owner passed away (r.i.p. 2 her). My fave is the brownie. The staff is pleasant as always & attentive.

It was a great Bakery years ago but with the change in owners and staff, not so great anymore.
The cake is just too sweet.
I think they have doubled up on the sugar they add to ingredients.
I use to buy a Carrot Cake every Thanksgiving and Christmas, but for the last 2 years I have gotten cake from other Bakeries.
Last week I stooped in and got a slice of Cake and had to throw it away due to the sweetness.
Also I agree with the workers being not so great at serving the Customers.

Their coffee tastes like it was brewed in Heaven by God himself. The young ladies that work there are very pleasant as are the gentlemen. The pastries are hit or miss depending on their freshness but when they're a hit, they are definitely a hit!
