This is THE WORST place to buy an area rug. The guy was unfriendly, and didn't care about helping customers, stating that he was "busy" when there were only a couple other people in the store. He would not let us open up the rug to see what it looked like and how large it was. And after all that he quoted us $60 for it, but when I went up to buy it he changed his mind to $80. Because I liked the rug and thought that that's only 20 dollars more I decided to purchase it anyways. However, when he swiped the card, it was charged for $160!! NEVER going back there again!

Recently called to repair carpet that Carpets Unlimited supplied over 20 years ago. We thought they would not be interested in such a small job.
Not only did they come out to stretch our carpet...They arrived with a smile and made us feel like the biggest client of the day!
I'll be calling them when it's time to replace...that's for sure.
