My hair is chemically processed by Carmine, and colored by Paula and staff. This combination can be drying and damaging to hair. Mine is healthy, vibrant and thriving. The wonderful staff at Carmine Minardi has been taking care of my hair for 21 years. I trust them that much. I always feel like a new person after getting my hair done at Minardi. The staff is professional and knowledgeable.
