They definitely do not value their Platinum Elite members! Rooms are mediocre at best. Beware of the front desk guy named Glenn very rude disrespectful and definitely not helpful. General manager was fine but only offered 5k points, I had to ask for 10k, as a higher-end hotel you would think they would want to give more points or at least some kind of compensation if a platinum member was not satisfied. If I could give it a half star at would. Make sure you inspect your room as soon as you check into it, fare waring.

there is bad smel in my room and i asked them to change my room and they can not they care only about money they dont care about u and the breakfast buffet staff the worst DO NOT COME HERE it is too expensive for their services go to sheraton or westin at least they care about their customers and they serve the best

No smoking rooms, TV in the most awkward place have to keep head turnt. The bathroom floor is super clean with a way finish. Almost killed myself taking a piss. Service is good. If ur use to NY the noise is average. I had construction and slept like a baby.
