Beautiful building, incredible antiques inside! The Carlton Hobbs gallery is a treat to visit: each piece of furniture or artwork has a story, which Hobbs and his staff have unearthed through careful research, and which they are happy to share with visitors. The Vanderbilt Mansion is the perfect backdrop for Carlton Hobbs' impressive collection. Its elegant rooms allow the visitor to appreciate the individual beauty of each piece of furniture or artwork, and it has a fascinating history of its own.

Amazing gallery. Beautifully decorated with outstanding pieces of furniture and art. Stefanie Rinza, managing director and owner Carlton Hobbs took their time to walk us around and explain the history behind the pieces we were interested in. Carlton Hobbs' reputation as a worldwide known art dealer is absolutely justified combined with a kind and generous personality. If you get a chance, definitely check out this place.
