Great service, affordable prices. Could be a little cleaner and fancier, and they need to buy a razor for shaving but other than that they are super nice

he is a very nice man and he does great work.....i think u may have misunderstood him April....he may have said it in a way like ...omg who did this lets fix it up.....he would not be intentionally rude

I am a former customer of Carlo Hair Salon. I left because I do not drive and it easier for me to have my hair done near my place of employment. I was in the neighborhood of Carlo's hair salon today. He insulted my hair outside of his store in front of two of his employess!! I recently had my hair highlighted and he said
"Who did your patchwork?"
I told him that I go to Hair Express as it was near my job. He continued to be rude and said:
"It looks like Hair Express."
How could you speak to a former customer that way?
I have never been rude to this man. His comment was childish, cruel and uncalled for. Is he hurting for customers?
If he is this angry and bitter I am glad that I left!!!!
Not to mention that he just insulted another hair salon. Very bad business relations!!!
