I got CF22 fondant cake with ivory/light pink combination with hazelnut cream and vanilla & chocolate cake for my wife's baby shower. When I went to pick up the cake, the color was all wrong. They made it in pastel yellow and not ivory. The people at this store are so awesome that they offered to rescue the cake and redid the fondant in ivory in 1 hr!!!! The cake came out awesome. Absolutely recommend Carlos Bakery and especially this one at Ridgewood, NJ.

I went to Carlos Bakery with my daughter for a cooking class for her birthday and it was amazing! We absolutely loves it. Making the cakes, buying delicious treats, and our favorite part... Eating them! It was cake-tastic!

Our favorite Carlos' to go to. The Hoboken store is too "touristy". Plus it is larger and you are able to sit down for a bite to eat. Awesome pizzeria just down the street!
